此机通常适用于焊接多边形和圆形锥形的杆子,比较适合1片或者2片型钢杆(一条焊缝).本焊机是自动焊接线,小车配有可调速电机,可以牵引杆子运动.液压油缸促使压轮收紧中杆,同时进行焊接.

This machine is usually suitable for welding medium size polygonal and conical pole, especially suitable for the pole which has only one or two seams. It’s an automatic welding line. The trolley is equipped with adjustable speed motor, which can pull the pole to move. The hydraulic cylinder makes the pressure wheel tighten the pole and weld at the same time.

• 数控自动调整,数控系统,随着杆径变化,自动调节压力, 自动调节压脚位置,自动匹配杆子送料速度和位置,保持焊缝始终处于合拢状态,以确保焊接顺利进行.CNC automatic adjustment, CNC system, with the change of pole diameter, automatically adjust the pressure, automatically adjust the presser foot position, automatically match the feeding speed and position, keep the welding seam always in the closed state, to ensure the smooth welding.
• 确保在前工序合格的基础上,焊接后杆子焊缝无扭转,机器后边无需人员撬扭杆子来对中焊缝.On the basis of the qualification of the previous process, after welding, there is no torsion of the pole weld, and there is no need for personnel to pry and twist the rod at the back of the machine to center the weld.
• 推动杆子为变频控制,带有电器刹车停止功能,以保证头尾焊接的稳定性.从头焊到尾,头尾几乎没有遗留未焊接的长度,不需要在尾部100~200mm 长度进行人工补焊.The driving pole is controlled by frequency conversion, with electric brake stop function to ensure the stability of head and tail welding,this system can weld the pole from small end to bottom end full area and almost no left length out of welding. This way is reduced the manual working of the next process.
• 压脚数量为3套,优点是减少压脚对路灯杆表面的压力,表面美观,减少压痕影响,同时适合生产八角杆,多棱杆和圆锥杆.可以是等径的也可以是圆锥的.3 sets of clamping roller, the advantage is reduce the roller pressure to the pole surface, and reduce the scratch on the surface. It is suitable for the production of octagonal pole, polygonal pole and conical pole. It can be equal diameter or conical.
• 小车可以快速电动回到设定位置,无需人工推回,降低操作人员的劳动强度.The pushing type trolley with motorized fast returning back function, no need operator to push back manually and it reduces the labor intensity of operators.
• 后推动型小车,带气动夹紧装置,相对于手动夹紧,简单快速.The rear push trolley with pneumatic clamping device, It’s simple and fast compared with manual clamping.
• 埋弧焊+脉冲焊双机双功能 With Pulse MIG Welding system and With Submerged Arc Welding system, double welding power source.
• 出料一侧为滚轮型,便于上下料,利于实现物料上下游的自动化.可以上下料都在机器的一侧,避免操作人员前后长距离移动,操作人员只需要在主机的位置工作,大大降低操作人员的劳动强度.The unloading side is roller type, which is convenient for loading and unloading, and is conducive to realize the automation of upstream and downstream materials. • Option items

1, Street light pole loading and unloading system:

On the left side of the machine, there is a storage rack, which can store 20~30 poles (the number varies according to the size of the poles). After the welding is completed, press the button, and the street light pole will be discharged to discharge On the storage rack which on right side of machine, it can store 20 poles (the number varies according to the size of the poles).

2, Laser automatic tracking system, laser to seam, camera to get the laser photos, calculation software to find seam position from photo, message be sent to PLC, PLC will control servo motor to move welding torch to seam position.

3, Remote diagnosis function. The machine supplier can assist the customer in remote fault diagnosis and remote parameter adjustment. Convenient for customers to quickly resume production.

4 Induction to minimize the banana effect caused by welding the device which will reduce the banana effect for welding machine High frequency induction heating machine, including heating machine body and induction heating coil.
