Product Introduction

The HJZ-2800 heavy-duty hydraulic monopole straightener is specifically designed for large-diameter, thick-wall power poles, 5G smart monopoles, and highway high mast poles. This advanced machine integrates three core working procedures: longitudinal welding deformation correction, two steel plate splicing positioning, and post-weld pole rounding for easier flange assembly.
Featuring a robust three-beam frame design, the machine incorporates independent main cylinder and dual side cylinders with separated oil circuits to prevent pressure loss. The jog control system supports synchronous or separate operation of side cylinders. Standard wireless remote handle and polyurethane-coated pressing parts eliminate indent marks on pole surfaces. Built-in hydraulic lifting support rollers and rotating devices significantly simplify loading, moving, and rotating of poles up to 12 meters long.
