The 2-WE67K-1200/6250 CNC tandem hydraulic press brake is a high-precision, heavy-duty dual-machine linkage bending equipment independently developed for the production of large-scale tubular structural parts.

It is professionally designed for the precision bending and forming of monopole transmission towers, high-mast lighting poles, ultra-long conical street light poles, communication poles and other large metal tubular structures.

This tandem press brake adopts electro-hydraulic synchronous linkage technology, which realizes synchronous and coordinated operation of two complete bending hosts.

It perfectly solves the forming difficulties of ultra-long, large-tonnage and high-precision sheet metal bending, effectively eliminates the problems of uneven bending accuracy and low forming efficiency of traditional single-machine equipment for ultra-long workpieces. The whole machine adopts international first-line brand components, with stable operation, low failure rate and long service life, realizing high-precision intelligent bending control:

• CNC Numerical Control System: Equipped with Netherlands original imported DELEM DA53T professional bending system, supporting 2-axis (Y1, Y2) synchronous control and 1-axis lower die table automatic crowning compensation system. It can automatically compensate the deflection deformation of the worktable and slider during heavy-load bending, effectively ensuring the straightness and uniform angle of the long workpiece bending surface.
• Linear Detection Sensor: Adopts Spain Fagur high-precision linear raster display sensor, real-time monitoring of slider displacement, with high detection accuracy and strong anti-interference ability.
• Hydraulic System: Hydraulic core components adopt German original parts, with precise oil circuit control and stable pressure output; Hydraulic pump is equipped with American Suuny high-efficiency hydraulic pump, energy-saving and low-noise; Cylinder seals adopt SKF standard high wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant seals, effectively preventing oil leakage and extending the service life of hydraulic components.
• Electrical System: Main electrical components adopt Schneider brand international standard parts, with stable circuit operation, strong overload resistance and high safety factor.
