Russia Client On-site Technical Training & Factory Visit Boosts Long-term Cooperation

  Recently, our long-term Russian client Sergey and technical consultant Oleg visited our company for a two-day professional equipment technical training and industry exchange. The customized CNCSM450/12000 CNC Pole Shut-Welding Machine was signed and confirmed in advance. This visit is mainly for systematic equipment operation learning and technical communication, ensuring stable and mass production immediately after equipment delivery.

  During the visit, our professional technical team provided  full-process technical training for Sergey and Oleg. The training covered equipment installation standards, standard operating procedures, CNC parameter adjustment, daily maintenance, fault troubleshooting and remote system application. Through on-site operation demonstration and professional technical Q&A, the client has fully mastered the complete equipment operation and maintenance skills.

  To further deepen industry technical exchanges, we accompanied Sergey and Oleg to visit a local street light pole manufacturing factory. This factory is our long-term cooperative customer and is equipped with our self-produced equipment for mass production. The stable equipment operation and excellent welding finished products have intuitively verified the reliable quality and high production efficiency of our machines, further enhancing the client’s recognition and confidence in our products and technologies.

  The CNCSM450/12000 CNC Pole Shut-Welding Machine ordered by the client is an independently developed intelligent welding equipment specially designed for street light poles. It is suitable for automatic welding of long-length light poles and compatible with round poles, octagonal poles and other specifications. Adopting full CNC and full servo control system, the machine can automatically adjust the pressure foot position, welding pressure and feeding speed according to the pole taper, realizing strong adaptability. Without hydraulic structure, it completely avoids oil leakage risks and greatly reduces later operation and maintenance costs.

  Equipped with a Pulse MIG welding system and real-time weld monitoring camera system, the machine features fast welding speed, smooth welding appearance and extremely low spatter, requiring no secondary polishing and effectively improving product quality and production efficiency. Meanwhile, it is equipped with remote diagnosis function and complete original spare parts, supporting fast remote after-sales service for overseas customers.
