1.Zinc smoke treatment system uses bag filter to purify zinc smoke.

2.Bag filter is a kind of dust removal device which uses needling fibers or woven bag type filter elements to collect solid particles in dusty gases.

3.The filtration principle is:When the dust particles are wrapped around the filter cloth, they are intercepted by the collision of the fibers due to the inertial force.

4.It adopts pleated filter bag, which is small in size and large in filtration area.

5.Use compressed air to regularly remove dust on the surface of bag filter. An air bag is designed on the dust collector to store compressed air.

6.A dust hopper is arranged at the bottom of the dust collector body for dust collection and manual collection.

7.use sequential controller and solenoid valve to adjust soot blowing intensity.
