Project Background

This customer is a cross-border enterprise specializing in municipal lighting engineering projects in Portugal and the United States, focusing on the customized production and supply of high-standard street light poles. To upgrade its automated production line and meet the strict quality standards of overseas engineering projects, the customer purchased 2 sets of CNC pole shut welding machines and 2 sets of light pole straightening machines from our factory, and visited our workshop for on-site equipment acceptance.

On-Site Acceptance

The customer came to our factory for a comprehensive on-site inspection of the ordered equipment. Our professional technical team accompanied the customer to check the overall workmanship, core configuration, CNC system structure and overall processing accuracy of each machine.

During the inspection, the customer focused on verifying the CNC adaptive adjustment structure, precision welding configuration and professional straightening mechanism. They highly recognized the reasonable structural design, reliable material quality and advanced automatic configuration, confirming that all equipment fully meets the production standards for European and American light pole projects.
