Proprietary characteristics

• It is specially designed for 5G smart combined pole, highmast, small monopole. ordinary street light pole, conical pole and octagonal pole, including all pole molds.
• Dimeter range:60~500mm, Thiickness range:3~8mm, Max length:8.2m.
•  On the basis of the qualification of the previous process, after welding, there is no torsion of the welding seam, and there is no need for personnel to pry and twist the pole at the back of the machine to center the weld.
• The driving pole is controlled by frequency conversion, with electric brake stop function to ensure the stability of head and tail welding,this system can weld the pole from small end to bottom end full area and almost no left length out of welding. This way is reduced the manual working of the next process.
• The clamping roller is 8 sets from all different direction, the advantage is reduce the roller pressure to the pole surface, and reduce the scratch on the surface. It is also suitable for the production of octagonal poles and conical poles. (Note: For machines with 6 unit clamping roller, because of the oblique clamping roller and the top clamping roller, the moving distance is inconsistent during the process of the pole diameter from small to large, and it cannot produce octagonal poles)
• The pushing type trolley with motorized fast returning back function, no need operator to push back manually and it reduces the labor intensity of operators.
• Back pushing type trolly with pneumatic clamping device, compared with manual clamping, simple and fast)
• Submerged Arc Welding function.
• Loading and unloading are on one side of the machine to avoid long-distance movement of operators. Operators only need to work nearby the welding head, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of operators
• The multi-bracket structure at the front of the machine is used to support the street light pole. There is no traditional front support trolley design, no need to manually push back the front support trolley, and loading and unloading pole is simple to reduce the manual strength

• Option 4 :Street light pole loading and unloading system: On the left side of the machine, there is a storage rack, which can store 20~30 poles (the number varies according to the size of the poles). After the welding is completed, press the button, and the street light pole will be discharged to discharge On the storage rack which on right side of machine, it can store 20 poles (the number varies according to the size of the poles). No overhead crane is required from each pole loading to unloading.

APPLICATION: FOR AUTOMETIC SEAM WELDING POLE

POLE SHUT-WELDING MACHINE , it is suitable for one piece type polygonal (Octagonal) and circle taper(Conical) light pole. it is automatic welding line, the trolley with speed adjustable frequency motor can push the light pole from small end to big end, The hydraulic cylinder through mechanical chain, worm wheel push the clamping wheel to close the pole and do seam welding at same time.

The machine includes the following items:
